Apple could unveil next iPhone on September 6, to be Called iPhone 5C?

A photo of cases for the "iPhone 5C" was leaked over the weekend which has rumored that the next Apple device is supposedly going to be iPhone 5C and not iPhone 5S. It is not that Apple won’t launch iPhone 5S, but the much awaited cheaper iPhone with plastic body would be called 5C and the upgrade of iPhone 5 would be 5S.

The C is supposed to stand for color or cheap. Though the pricing could be well in range of mid tier smartphones at around $350.

While everyone is looking forward for an iPhone 5 upgrade, we might have 2 things from Apple this September, i.e. an iPhone 5 upgrade to iPhone 5S with dual-LED flash for its rear-facing camera, which means that circular flash is now pill-shaped, and many believe the iPhone 5S camera has been improved from the 8-megapixels in the iPhone 5, likely to 12-megapixels. iPhone 5S has also reportedly received a battery upgrade from the iPhone 5's 5.45 Whr capacity to a higher capacity of 5.92 Whr.

Where as a downgrade, or possibly an entry into the mid range smartphone market would be via iPhone 5C which is expected to have a 5MP camera, with plastic body.
